How to play
01
Tap a tile
Pick any square on the scrambled face. It lights up. You are now holding a piece of someone else's dignity.
02
Swap with another
Tap a second tile. They trade places. No empty square. No neighbor rule. Any two pieces, anytime.
03
Beat the perfect count
Every scramble has a mathematical minimum number of swaps. Use fewer. Or use more and live with the shame.
House rules
Any two tiles
Unlike Fix This Idiot!, there is no empty gap. Swap whatever you want. The face still judges you.

Scoring
Efficiency first: the closer you get to the perfect swap count, the higher you score. Time is a small nudge — there is no countdown that fails the run. Nail the exact minimum and claim Perfect Surgery.
