By visiting the site, creating an account, or playing a game, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You can stop using the site at any time. If you have an account, you can ask for it to be closed through the contact page once mail delivery is connected, or through any account tools added later.

If you keep using the site after this page is updated, the new version applies from then on. The current text is the one published at /terms.

This site is free entertainment. The games, including Odd One Out and Fix This Idiot, are for fun. They are not a medical exam, vision test, educational course, cognitive assessment, therapy, or employment tool.

Scores, levels, and result messages are playful feedback. They are not a measure of intelligence, eyesight, or ability. Do not treat a score as an official record. A result is not guaranteed to be cheat-proof.

You can play as a guest. Optional accounts may unlock saves, profiles, and related features as they are added. Preview screens and placeholders are not a promise that a feature exists yet.

Guest play is general entertainment for a broad audience. Creating an account means you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that the email and username you provide are yours to use, and that the information you give is accurate.

When accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity on your account. Use the contact page promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

A username that is unlawful, misleading, or abusive may be refused. An account may be suspended or closed if it breaks these terms, harms other players, or puts the site at risk. Password reset and related auth mail go to the email address on the account through the authentication provider.

Public profile fields such as username and avatar URL can be seen by other visitors. Do not put secrets in those fields.

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• break, overload, scrape in a way that harms availability, or probe the site beyond ordinary play;
• try to access data, accounts, or systems you are not allowed to use;
• impersonate someone else, or use a username or avatar that misleads others about who you are;
• use the site to harass, scam, threaten, or harm someone else;
• upload or link unlawful, infringing, or abusive material through profile fields or any future upload tools;
• copy the games, code, artwork, or look of the site to pass them off as your own product;
• use automated tools in a way that degrades the experience for others.

Access may be suspended, content may be removed, or accounts may be closed when use of the site is abusive, unlawful, or harmful to the service.

You keep rights in content you submit, such as a username or avatar URL. You grant a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to run the site, including showing public profile fields to other visitors.

You confirm that your content is lawful, that you have the rights to share it, and that it does not infringe someone else’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights. Content that appears to break these terms may be removed.

A result shown after a round may be generated in your browser. Guest results can be lost when the session ends. Sharing a result uses tools on your device. You are responsible for what you choose to send and to whom you send it.

The site name, mascot, design, game characters, copy, sound, and code are protected. Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the site and play the games for entertainment. You may share links to the site and share your own results. You may not republish the games, artwork, or look of the site as your own product, or remove notices of ownership.

The site relies on outside services for sign-in, database storage, and delivery. Their availability, policies, and outages are outside the site’s full control. Links to other sites or apps are not an endorsement, and the site is not responsible for their content or practices.

Games and pages can change, pause, or disappear. Levels and scoring may be added, removed, retuned, or rebalanced. The site is provided as it is, and it may be unavailable for maintenance, outages, or other reasons. Preview or “coming soon” screens are not commitments.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free access are disclaimed. Gameplay is optional entertainment. Nothing on the site is professional advice of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, use of the site does not create liability for lost scores, lost data, lost profits, lost time, substitute entertainment, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that limit is forbidden, or for fraud. These terms do not take away rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived.

You may stop using the site at any time. All or part of the service may stop, or your access may end, if these terms are broken or if the site or other users need protection. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits — continue after access ends.

These terms may be updated as the product grows. The date at the top will change when that happens. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the site.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms and the privacy policy are the whole agreement about use of the site, and they replace earlier informal statements about the same subject. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not assign your rights under these terms. Rights under these terms may be assigned as part of operating or transferring the service.
